6.7 Removal of the bale, final work

• Removal of the bale
  • Open pressing chamber door / feeder flap (it not done yet).
  • The operator has to move to the left side of the press.
  • The pushbuttons of the two-hand trip guard have to be pressed both within 2 sec. To rise the pressure ram with the opened pressing chamber door / feeder flap.
  • Drive the pressure ram to the top-up position.
  • Drive the bale cart into the proper rails under the bale.
  • Take out the bale.
• Final work
  • Prepare pressing chamber according chapter 6.3.
  • Close pressing chamber door.
  • The press is ready for the next bale.
