6.4 Filling and pressing

• Filling of the press:
  • For filling the press, the operator stands in front of the press
    • Fill the sorted material through the opened filling flap

Before filling the chamber with pulverized material, cover the chambers bottom with a piece of card board 700 x 500 mm.
The chamber should not be filled above the upper edge, the filling material may be recompressed manually before filling.

• Pressing of the bale
  • • Close the filling flap
    • Press the push button START
  • The pressure ram drives down to the lowest position or to the switch point of the pop valve. Than it will be driven back to its top up position
  • Open the filling flap
  • • Fill the sorted material through the opened filling flap
    • Close the filling flap (2)
    • Press the push button START (3)
  • The pressure ram drives down to the lowest position or to the switch point of the pop valve. Than it will be driven back its top up position
  • Repeat the filling and pressing, till the indic light BALE READY lights. The pressure ram will be rest on the bale
